  • Developing nutritionally sound menu for normal and therapeutic diets based on locally available foods and evaluating client's acceptance.
  • Developing menu plans for patients on therapeutic diets.
  • Documenting and reporting patients'/clients' nutritional status progress.
  • Establishing and maintaining standards of food production and service, sanitation, safety and security.
  • Planning and developing conformance level that will provide quality foods for optimal nutrition of the clients
